#BringAwareness #NativeVoicesMatter #RespectIndigenousCulture #IndigenousEmpowerment #ProtectIndigenousRights Introducing our new Stretched Canvas Image of an Indigenous Native Tribal Woman. This canvas captures the strength and beauty of Native American cultures in a dramatic and powerful way. She appears to be in a state of contemplation, with a stance that implies resilience and determination in the face of the ongoing atrocities of colonialism that threaten her people. From the start of the colonial period, indigenous people of the U.S. were stripped of their rights and sovereignty, and Native American women are particularly vulnerable targets of violence, with half of all unsolved cases of MMIWG2S (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2 Spirit individuals) occurring in the past 20 years. Sadly, there are still those who deny that colonialism is genocide and that the Indigenous rights are human rights. It is important to recognize that Inequality, Environmental Exploitation, and Cultural Erasure are real and still ongoing, and that consumption of Capitalism products cannot replace what Nature gives us for free. If we are to stand in solidarity with indigenous people around the world, we must also remember to also stand firmly behind the Indigenous Women nearest to our own cultural backyards. We are proud to have this canvas available in our portfolio, which captures a moment of powerful resilience and determination in an image that mixes modern vibrancy and eye-catching clarity with 18th century artifacts and motifs. By owning this canvas you become part of a larger movement to #BringAwareness of the tragedy facing Native American communities, and to #RespectIndigenousCulture, #ProtectIndigenousRights and to #NativeVoicesMatter. We also want to make sure to highlight, and give thanks to NativeHope.org. They are working to bring attention and justice to the epidemic of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Two-Spirit individuals. We are honored to be able to use a portion of the proceeds of this image to contribute to this effort. This fantastic canvas comes ready to hang, with a frame made of pine sourced from responsibly managed forests. Soft rubber dots in the rear corners of the frame ensure a secure and stable hang. With an overall size of 12"x36" this will make a statement in any room of your home. Bring the beauty and strength
